Cocktail just imbibed at Pizzaiolo, invented and poured by the lovely and talented Francesca. A half peach muddled with lemon verbena in a glass, and then served up with Ketel One, lemon and maybe a little simple syrup. And more lemon verbena. Subtle and succulent and hefty all at once. Just my kind of drink. And after a day like the one I had, a just dessert. Now I shall sleep soundly. Good night.
